Cancellation policy

Manolis Car Rental, based on a relationship of trust with its customers, does not ask you to make a deposit or your credit card details to make your reservation. All you want is if you want to cancel for your own reasons Your reservation please do at least 48 hours before renting.

Privacy

A prerequisite for the commencement of our conciliation between us is the disclosure of some of your personal information. During an order, you will be asked for your personal information, your e-mail address, etc.

The Company and Manolis Car Rental, strictly obeying the principles of personal data protection provided by applicable laws and international conventions, will not make any unlawful and unwarranted use.

Manolis Car Rental in no way reveals, publishes, sells, exchanges personal information and information you trust us.

Exceptionally, your personal information may be disclosed by the company, subject always to the lawful procedure when required by a Public Authority, a court, etc.

Manolis Car Rental reserves the right to inform its suppliers of sales statistics, but which in no case will contain personal information that may lead to the recognition of individuals.

Prices

Prices listed on the relevant catalogs next to each vehicle include VAT.

Current Law

All transactions made through Manolis Car Rental are governed by International and European law governing e-commerce issues as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to sales by distance.
